NOVELTY - An electro-thermal film preparing method involves adding solid acrylic resin and amine compound to deionized water to obtain acrylic acid resin solution. The resin solution is mixed with auxiliary agent graphene, and the mixture is dispersed to obtain homogeneous dispersion liquid. The dispersion liquid is stirred and mixed by adding a binder to obtain graphene aqueous slurry. The aqueous slurry is coated on a carrier film to form a graphene electric conducting layer and dried by the carrier film and the graphene electric conducting layer to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing an electro-thermal film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the electro-thermal film with better thermal conductivity in a simple, cost-effective, eco-friendly and safe manner.
