▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has a first quantum dot light emitting layer and a first anode substrate that are laminated on a cathode substrate. A second anode substrate is made of graphene oxide material. Thickness of the second anode substrate is about 10-100 mm. The anode substrate is formed between a first hole transport layer and a second hole transport layer. Thickness of the first quantum dot light emitting layer and a second quantum dot light emitting layer is about 10-100 mm. The first hole transport layer is made of n-type zinc oxide material. USE - Laminated QLED device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a laminated QLED device manufacturing method.
