▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of porous materials based on graphene oxide, chitosan and dopamine comprises mixing dopamine powder in graphene oxide aqueous solution, adjusting pH, mixing in water bath at 40-70 degrees C for 10-14 hours to obtain graphene oxide dopamine aqueous solution, mixing chitosan aqueous solution containing glacial acetic acid with graphene oxide polydopamine aqueous solution, pre freezing and freeze-drying. The concentration of graphene oxide aqueous solution is 1-5 mg/ml. USE - The preparation of porous materials based on graphene oxide, chitosan and dopamine is used for hemostatic materials and drug release (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide and chitosan molecules have strong interface interaction, which improve comprehensive properties of chitosan e.g. mechanical properties. The porous material comprises polydopamine, which enhance viscosity, further increase hemostatic performance and improve hemostatic efficiency.
