NOVELTY - The chip is made by combining ractopamine molecule imprinted polymer, graphene nano-gold and methyl imidazole hexafluorophosphate i.e. substrate modifier. USE - Ractopamine molecule imprinted SPR sensor chip. ADVANTAGE - The chip is simple to use, and has high measuring accuracy, and increases ractopamine adsorption capacity and reduces processing time consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a ractopamine molecule imprinted SPR sensor chip preparation method.
