NOVELTY - Plastic case with electromagnetic shielding and antibacterial functions, comprises synthetic resins and functional materials; or a first layer contact with the exterior of the device to be protected, a second layer overlaid on an upper surface of the first layer, and a third layer overlaid on the top surface of the second layer to form a top surface, where the synthetic resin includes polypropylene, polycarbonate, thermoplastic polyurethane, and/or silicone, the functional material includes a first functional material including graphite, graphene, and carbon nanotube, and second functional material containing silver, copper, manganese, zinc and/or platinum, the first layer includes the synthetic resin, the second layer includes the first functional material, and the third layer includes the second functional material. USE - The plastic case is useful in mobile electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The plastic case has excellent shielding performance of electromagnetic waves emitted from portable electronic devices, improves the grip of the case, provides convenience of detachment between the portable electronic device and the case due to its good elasticity, prevents the generation and proliferation of bacteria, reduces carbon emissions, promotes resource circulation, can be produced in economical manner. The method reduces defective products after extrusion molding of the plastic case, and prevents deformation and discoloration of the plastic case. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing plastic case, comprising (a) pulverizing the collected waste plastics, (b) melting and mixing the pulverized waste plastic with a material including at least one of synthetic resin, first functional material, and second functional material, and (c) extruding the mixture into a prepared molding mold.
