NOVELTY - The electric heater has a frame (1), and a heating plate (5) that is mounted on an inner side of the frame. A fan casing (2) is mounted on an upper portion of the frame. Multiple equally spaced air inlets (3) are mounted on one side of the fan casing. A fan corresponding to the air inlet is mounted inside the fan casing. A drain cover is connected below the fan casing. The heating plate is located below the drainage cover. The heating plate is comprised of a conductive plate and conductive materials that are made of graphene, resin or carbon black and arranged on two sides of the conductive plate. USE - Graphene active electric heater installed in house. ADVANTAGE - The utilization rate of the thermal energy of the electric heater is increased to 80-90% higher than that of the existing heaters. The heating speed of the electric heater is increased. The electric heater avoids the need for burning the oxygen in the air to generate heat radiation, and avoids generating the harmful gas.
