DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of a thermal control device capable of intelligently adjusting infrared emissivity, which involves cleaning the base material with acetone, methanol and ultrapure water as solvents in turn, and then drying to obtain the base material after surface treatment; using vacuum coating method, magnetron sputtering method, vacuum thermal evaporation method or electron beam evaporation method to sequentially deposit electrochromic devices or thermochromic devices on the surface of the substrate material after surface treatment; and adopting ion beam assisted deposition evaporation coating method to alternately deposit fluoride and ZnS or fluoride and ZnSe on the surface of electrochromic device or thermochromic device to obtain a thermal control device that can intelligently regulate infrared emissivity.
