▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An inorganic surface-treated galvanized steel sheet consists of a mono-layer inorganic film provided on a galvanized steel sheet. The inorganic film contains 40-60 pts. wt. hydrophobic monoorganosilane coupling agent(s) including hydrophobic groups and reactive groups, 10-30 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 5-15 pts. wt. water-soluble nano-sol, 10-25 pts. wt. surface-modified high-density polyethylene particles, and 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. orthosilicate-modified graphene oxide. The crosslinking agent is chosen from orthosilicate, titanate and bisorganosilane crosslinking agent having bridging structure. USE - Inorganic surface-treated galvanized steel sheet used for micromotor. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic surface-treated galvanized steel sheet is environmentally-friendly, and has excellent red rust resistance performance, surface conductivity, surface lubricating performance and blackening resistance performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An inorganic surface-treated galvanized steel sheet consists of a mono-layer inorganic film having thickness of 0.3-1 mm provided on a galvanized steel sheet. The inorganic film contains 40-60 pts. wt. hydrophobic monoorganosilane coupling agent(s) including x number of hydrophobic groups and 4-x number of reactive groups (where, x is 1 or 2), 10-30 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 5-15 pts. wt. water-soluble nano-sol having concentration of 20-30 %mass, 10-25 pts. wt. surface-modified high-density polyethylene particles, and 0.05-0.5 pts. wt. orthosilicate-modified graphene oxide. The crosslinking agent is chosen from orthosilicate, titanate and bisorganosilane crosslinking agent having a bridging structure. The orthosilicate-modified graphene oxide is a dark brown n-propanol suspension, and has concentration of 1-5 %mass. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of inorganic surface-treated galvanized steel sheet.
