NOVELTY - Synthesizing ultra-thin sheet layer reducing graphene oxide comprises reacting natural graphite, sodium nitrate, and potassium permanganate at low temperature, carrying out intermediate temperature reaction and high temperature reaction to obtain oxidized graphite dispersion, filtering the dispersion liquid, washing with diluted hydrochloric acid, centrifuging, and drying to obtain oxidized graphite, dispersing the obtained graphite oxide in water, ultrasonically and centrifugally preparing graphene oxide dispersion, freezing, and drying to obtain graphene oxide foam, and quickly reducing at high temperature to obtain ultra-thin layer reducing graphene oxide. USE - The ultra-thin sheet layer reducing graphene oxide is useful for improving the dynamic performance and electrochemical performance of electrode materials. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide has higher specific surface area and larger interlayer spacing, ensures smoothness of the lithium ion inserting/removing channel, provides more exposed active sites for ion adsorption/desorption, and interconnected three-dimensional open nano sheets, and provides superior charges transfer channel for external circuits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for ultra-thin sheet layer reducing graphene oxide, comprising three-dimensional open nano-sheet connected with each other having ultra-high specific surface are of 2116 m2g-1 and larger interlayer spacing of 0.39 nm.
