NOVELTY - A graphene/aluminum alloy composite material comprises aluminum as substrate and graphene as additive material. The graphene is present at 0.1-5 wt.%. USE - Graphene/aluminum alloy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has simple preparation process, adjustable and controllable technique, and low material preparation cost, and is suitable for industrial mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/aluminium alloy composite material, comprising: (A) using graphene powder and plating solution through high pressure homogenizer for graphene surface chemical plating treatment to obtain the graphene chemical plating treatment liquid; (B) placing the metal aluminum powder in a fluidized bed device; (C) introducing the graphene chemical plating processing liquid into the fluidized bed device, and fully mixing with the metal aluminum powder to obtain the graphene/aluminum powder mixture; (D) collecting the graphene/aluminium powder mixture and putting into the graphite mold, and carrying out constant temperature vacuum hot pressing sintering; (E) naturally cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to obtain the graphene/metal aluminum composite material sintered body; and (F) hot extrusion or hot rolling the graphene/metal aluminum composite material sintered body to prepare graphene/aluminum alloy composite material.
