NOVELTY - Kitchen cutting board comprises a polycarbonate (200) stacked on an upper surface of a chopping body. A silicon film (300) is stacked on the upper surface of the polycarbonate. A graphene film (400) is stacked on the upper surface of the silicon film. An engraved pattern (110) is formed on the upper surface. The polycarbonate laminated on the upper surface of the chopping board, is transparent or translucent. An inert gas filled in a space where the engraved pattern of the chopping body is formed. A plasma generator (131) is used for generating a plasma in the inert gas atmosphere. A battery supplying current to the plasma generator. An electrode is provided at both ends of the graphene film. The electrodes is connected to a power supply unit to-be transferred through the graphene film. USE - The board is useful for preventing occurrence of scratches from repeated impacts of blade used in homes or restaurants i.e. wood, synthetic resins, plastics, metals. ADVANTAGE - The board: enables pleasant use of the cutting board, and engraved pattern of the cutting board body can be improved by plasma or LED light emission.
