NOVELTY - Nano-conductive polymer/graphene composite fiber comprises cross-shaped fiber where fiber surface is rich in folds and graphene sheet layer in loosely packed state. The fiber has average strength of greater than 50 MPa, average breaking elongation rate of greater than 2% and average conductivity of greater than 1 siemens/cm. USE - Nano-conductive polymer/graphene composite fiber used for assembling super capacitor, metal ion battery, solar cell and sensors, detecting biological molecules, hydrogen peroxide, ammonia, organic amine vapor, benzene and its derivatives and used in artificial muscles and electromagnetic wave absorption and shielding. ADVANTAGE - The product has high toughness and excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano-conductive polymer/graphene composite fiber comprising taking graphene oxide and nano-conductive polymer, dispersing in water with pH value of greater than 7 to obtain uniform composite dispersion, adding alkali to adjust pH value to obtain nano-conductive polymer/graphene oxide composite spinning liquid, extruding into coagulation bath, drawing, curing, drying, winding and carrying out chemical or physical reduction of composite fibers in liquid environment or gas environment. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and nano-conductive polymer is 1:99-99:1. The nano-conductive polymer/graphene oxide composite spinning liquid can be prepared by adding graphene oxide to alkaline solution, dispersing to obtain 0.2-20 wt.% graphene oxide dispersion, mixing with 0.2-20 wt.% nano-conductive polymer suspension, dispersing and adding alkali to adjust the pH value.
