ADVANTAGE - The method prepares slow-release pesticide formulation having excellent stability. The formulation controls release time of pesticide and extends validity period of pesticide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing a slow-release pesticide formulation for preventing and treating Eriosoma lanigerum involves (a) weighing pesticidal active ingredients, and dissolving in 100-200 pts. wt. organic solvent or water to obtain pesticidal active stock solution, (b) preparing garlic extract, Sophora alopecuroides root extract, Tagetes patula extract and dandelion extract respectively, and mixing prepared extracts to obtain traditional Chinese medicinal extract, (c) modifying 1 pt. wt. diatomaceous earth to obtain modified diatomaceous earth, (d) immersing solid graphene nanomaterial, modified diatomaceous earth and clay in pesticidal active stock solution, adding the traditional Chinese medicinal extract, shaking and stirring at 30-45 degrees C for 2-3 hours, soaking and adsorbing, filtering with suction, drying, grinding, and passing through a 180-200 mesh screen to obtain drug-loaded particles, (e) (i) turning on a disc granulator and putting drug-loaded granules, and (ii) turning on a blast feeder, and adding multi-compound additives and polymer film-forming liquid to evenly wrap the particles on the surface, (f) heating with hot air, and maintaining the temperature at 50-55 degrees C until slight adhesion appears on the surface of the water-retaining agent particles, (g) adding acetamiprid, pirimicarb, deionized water, 45-70% organic solvent, 10-15% co-solvent and 10-15% emulsifier to prepare an emulsifiable concentrate preparation, and (h) putting it into a high-shear homogenizing emulsifier for high-speed shearing for 35 minutes, and sanding with a sand mill for 60 minutes. The garlic extract and S.alopecuroides root extract are prepared by (i) selecting S.alopecuroides root and garlic, removing impurities, washing, drying, pulverizing, and passing through 80-20 mesh sieves, (ii) weighing crushed S.alopecuroides root and garlic, using 80% ethanol solution as extract respectively, performing ultrasonic vibration for 20-30 minutes, and performing centrifugation at 4000-4500 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 20-25 minutes using 3 layers of gauze filter, (iii) taking the supernatants separately, performing rotary evaporation at 50 degrees C to dryness, dissolving residue in 80% ethanol solution as mother liquor, and storing at 2-4 degrees C, where preparation concentration is 1 g/ml, (iv) taking the prepared mother liquor and dilute, where mother liquor of S.alopecuroides has a dilution concentration of 12 mg/ml, and the dilution concentration of garlic is 8 mg/ml, and mixing diluted S.alopecuroides root solution and garlic solution in a volume ratio of 7:3 to obtain a mixed solution of garlic extract and S.alopecuroides root extract. The modified diatomaceous earth is prepared by (i) immersing 5-10% of 1 pt. wt. diatomaceous earth in 5-10 pts. wt. acid or alkali solution, shaking and stirring at 30-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, filtering, washing and drying, and (ii) using sodium sulfonate, polyethyleneimine or polyamine solvent to soak the diatomaceous earth based on electronegativity of the pesticide, where soaking condition involves immersing 1 pt. wt. diatomaceous earth in 3-6 pts. wt. of 0.5-1% solvent solution, soaking, shaking and stirring at 25-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing and drying product.
