NOVELTY - Method for obtaining flexible graphene current collectors in batches, involves (i) adding flake graphite to concentrated sulfuric acid for pre-oxidation treatment to obtain a layered mixed solution, (ii) adding hydrogen peroxide to the intercalation mixture, uniformly mixing, leaving still for 1-24 hours, washing with water and drying to obtain graphene powder, and (iii) rolling the graphene powder into paper, annealing at 250-550 degrees C for 30 minutes to 3 hours, and rolling again to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for obtaining flexible graphene current collectors in batches. ADVANTAGE - The method uses simple and low-cost puffing peeling and rolling technology to prepare powder to paper, ensures high-conductivity, light-weight and hydrophilic flexible graphene current collectors can be obtained by rolling equipment in batches.
