▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A transition metal-loaded polystyrene building material comprises 6-8 pts. wt. zirconium oxychloride, 7-9 pts. wt. nickel chloride, 10-14 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. styrene, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide and 100-110 pts. wt. polystyrene. USE - Transition metal-loaded polystyrene building material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transition metal-loaded polystyrene building material ensures improved heat stability and enhanced flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of transition metal-containing polystyrene building material, which involves (1) mixing graphene oxide and deionized water, ultrasonically reacting for 100-120 minutes, obtaining graphene dispersion, (2) mixing zirconium oxychloride and nickel chloride, adding deionized water, stirring evenly, mixing with graphene dispersion, stirring evenly, transferring into reactor, dripping 10-14% ammonia, adjusting pH to 10-11, increasing the temperature to 190-200 degrees C, heating for 6-7 hours, discharging, filtering, washing 2-3 times, drying at 76-80 degrees C for 20-25 hours and obtaining pre-treated graphene, (3) mixing the pretreated graphene with dimethylformamide, ultrasonically reacting for 1-2 hours and obtaining amide dispersion, (4) mixing styrene with dimethylformamide, stirring for 16-20 minutes, mixing with amide dispersion, stirring evenly, adding dibenzoyl peroxide, passing nitrogen, stirring the mixture at 70-75 degrees C for 1-2 hours, drying at 120-130 degrees C, cooling and obtaining polymer modified graphene, (5) mixing polymer-modified graphene and polystyrene, heating at 180-190 degrees C for 10-12 minutes, cooling to room temperature, vulcanizing at 190-200 degrees C, controlling vacuum pressure at 10-15 MPa for 3-4 minutes, cooling and grinding to fine powder.
