▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/transitional metal oxide/carbon composite material comprises sheet-shaped graphene as carrier, granular transition metal phosphide as loaded, built graphene/transitional metal oxide composite, amorphous carbon coated with the surface of the transition metal phosphide and filled between the graphene sheet to form a continuous conductive network. USE - The material is useful for lithium-ion battery cathode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high capacity, rate and cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing material comprising taking graphite, transition metal salts, organic carbon source and inorganic carbon source for dissolving in distilled water to obtain metal ion concentration is 0.01-0.1 mol/l solution, controlling the content of the total carbon in the final product to 3-10 wt.%, (b) adding precipitator into the obtained mixture, transferring into a reaction kettle, heating for 10-72 hours at 100-220 degrees C, condensing and refluxing the obtained mixture, naturally cooling to obtain graphene/transitional metal-based compound/carbon ternary precursor, centrifuging, washing, vacuum drying at 50-120 degrees C, (c) taking the obtained graphene/transitional metal-based compound/carbon, adding Sodium hypophosphite to at low temperature phosphating, reducing the graphene oxide, converting transition metal based compound into phosphide, organic carbon source in-situ carbon is amorphous carbon or inorganic carbon source coated more uniform three processes to obtain the graphene/transitional metal oxide/carbon ternary nano composite material.
