▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Lithium iron phosphate preparation involves mixing 200 ml mixed aqueous solution containing 0.01 g graphene oxide and 0.08 g copper sulfate, and then adding 2 g carbon covering and lithium iron phosphate powder to the mixed aqueous solution with stirring at a stirring speed of 180 revolutions per minute for 2 minutes. The reacted lithium iron phosphate powder is washed with water to remove unreacted free metal ions, and then suction filtered and placed in a vacuum drying oven to give the lithium iron phosphate having a three-dimensional network structure. USE - Method for preparing lithium iron phosphate having a copper ion/graphene composite layer. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the lithium iron phosphate in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with higher degree of bonding and uniformity than simple mechanical mixing, and significantly improved rate discharge performance and cycle stability of lithium iron phosphate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a lithium iron phosphate battery, which comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator, and an electrolyte, where the positive electrode is prepared by N-methylpyrrolidone, copper ion or graphene composite layer, a powder of lithium iron phosphate, conductive carbon black, and polyvinylidene fluoride. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic scanning electron micrograph and electron spectroscopy of field emission of the product coated lithium iron phosphate powder before and after the treatment.
