NOVELTY - A soy sauce lead electrochemical detection method involves preparing embellished graphene electrode by cleaning multi-layer graphene by ethyl alcohol, centrifuging and drying to obtain embellished graphene electrode, obtaining soy sauce sample, adding to concentrated saltpetre acid, and subjecting to electrochemical reaction by adding lead standard storage liquid, embellished graphene electrode and diluted sample followed by obtaining standard curve extending on x-axis and determining the concentration of lead in soy sauce sample. USE - Method for electrochemical detection of lead in soy sauce. ADVANTAGE - The method enables electrochemical detection of lead in soy sauce with data reliability in an environment-friendly, simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A soy sauce lead electrochemical detection method involves preparing embellished graphene electrode by cleaning multi-layer graphene by ethyl alcohol, centrifuging and removing upper layer clear liquid, adding with polypropylene solution, subjecting to ultrasonic dispersion, treating product on electrode surface, drying to obtain embellished graphene electrode, obtaining soy sauce sample, adding to concentrated saltpetre acid and hydrogen peroxide, shaking up, heating to boiling, cooling to room temperature, subjecting to electrochemical reaction by adding lead standard storage liquid, embellished graphene electrode and diluted sample, passing current of 1.2 V for 400-500 seconds, standing for 10-20 seconds, detecting lead voltage ampere peak, and reading the corresponding current value followed by obtaining standard curve extending on x-axis and determining the concentration of lead in soy sauce sample.
