▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing highly sensitive gas detection material involves using the improved Hummer method to prepare graphene oxide and configure the graphene oxide solution, preparing cadmium sulfide (CdS) nanowire material, composite of graphene and titanium oxide (TiO2) quantum wire, and preparing graphene/TiO2/CdS ternary composite gas detection material film. The highly sensitive gas detection material is composed of graphene/metal oxide/metal sulfide, where metal oxide is titanium oxide and the metal sulfide is cadmium sulfide. USE - Method for preparing highly sensitive gas detection material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepared highly sensitive gas detection material, that utilizing the fast response time of metal sulfide in gas detection, has good dispersibility of metal oxide nanoparticles and the large surface area of graphene, and through the synergy of the three, overcomes the problems of poor response, poor stability and short life span of gas sensors made of traditional single metal oxide semiconductors, and by adding composite modifiers, TiO2 nanoparticles have good dispersibility, and gas detection element prepared by the ternary composite gas detection material has higher sensitivity, better selectivity and stability for gas detection.
