▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Self-fusion graphene fiber is claimed. The diameter of self-fusion graphene fiber is greater than or equal to 1 mu m, the fiber fused by number of graphene, graphene orientation arranged along the axial direction, the lamellar spacing is less than or equal to 1 nm, the density is greater than or equal to 0.8 g/cm3 and the fiber surface has axial grooves. USE - Used as self-fusion graphene fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber: is environmentally friendly,; and has high bond strength, excellent mechanical strength, conductivity and simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing self-fusion graphene fiber comprising (i) vacuum drying the oxidized graphene fibers, (ii) soaking the dried fibers in the solvent, and completely swelling the fibers, (iii) taking fibers, soaking in solvent, at the solvent-air interface, and spontaneous fusion due to surface tension of the solvent from the solvent, and (iv) drying the self-fusing fibers, then reducing to obtain final product.
