NOVELTY - Production of graphene involves adding graphite flakes and stripping liquid into the kettle, mixing and heating mixtures at 50-150 degrees C in pressure of 1-3 atmosphere, stirring with a stirrer at 1000-2000 rpm for 3-6 hours, discharging the upper suspension to storage tank after stopping the reaction, standing still for more than 24 hours to obtain initial product, passing graphene suspension to centrifuge, centrifuging at 1000-6000 rpm for 10 minutes-2 hours, filtering supernatant in vacuum filter, washing filter cake with distilled water and drying. USE - Production of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prevents corrosion resistance of equipment and does not damage the graphene structure during stripping. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of graphene involves (a) adding graphite flakes and stripping liquid into the kettle having a stirrer according to the weight ratio of 1:2-10, stirring is started by kettle motor to obtain evenly mixed material in which stripping liquid comprises 100 pts. wt. ethanol, 30-60 pts. wt. cyclopentadiene, 10-20 pts. wt. trivalent iron salt and 1-3 pts. wt. scrubbing agent, (b) heating the kettle at the temperature of 50-150 degrees C in pressure of 1-3 atmosphere, stirring with a stirrer at 1000-2000 rpm for 3-6 hours, (c) discharging the upper suspension through discharge port to the storage tank after stopping the reaction, standing still for more than 24 hours to obtain initial product, (d) passing graphene suspension from storage tank to centrifuge, centrifuging at 1000-6000 rpm for 10 minutes-2 hours, taking the supernatant, filtering in vacuum filter to obtain a filter cake, and (e) washing the filter cake with an appropriate amount of distilled water and drying in a freeze-dryer for more than 3 hours.
