NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-containing moisture-permeable heat-storage fabric comprises sequentially providing graphene-containing moisture-permeable heat-storage fabric with a moisture-permeable layer, a heat-storage insulation layer and a skin-friendly layer from the outside to the inside, compounding the contact surface between the moisture-permeable layer and the heat-storage insulation layer, and the contact surface between the heat-storage insulation layer and the skin-friendly layer with dot-shaped hot melt adhesive, where the moisture-permeable layer comprises polypropylene surfaces and polyester surfaces connected with each other and is woven with polypropylene yarns and polyester yarns in a ratio of 1-3:1-3, subjecting the yarns of the moisture-permeable layer to water-repellent finishing before weaving, weaving the heat storage insulation layer with blended yarns and twisting the blended yarns by graphene-containing composite fibers and chitosan fibers in a ratio of 3-5: 1. USE - The fabric is useful for preparing winter textiles for human body. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing moisture-permeable heat storage fabric has good moisture permeability, heat storage, heat preservation, antibacterial and waterproof properties. The method is simple, economical and has high quality controllability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-containing moisture-permeable heat-storage fabric comprises sequentially providing graphene-containing moisture-permeable heat-storage fabric with a moisture-permeable layer, a heat-storage insulation layer and a skin-friendly layer from the outside to the inside, compounding the contact surface between the moisture-permeable layer and the heat-storage insulation layer, and the contact surface between the heat-storage insulation layer and the skin-friendly layer with dot-shaped hot melt adhesive, where the moisture-permeable layer comprises polypropylene surfaces and polyester surfaces connected with each other and is woven with polypropylene yarns and polyester yarns in a ratio of 1-3:1-3, subjecting the yarns of the moisture-permeable layer to water-repellent finishing before weaving, weaving the heat storage insulation layer with blended yarns and twisting the blended yarns by graphene-containing composite fibers and chitosan fibers in a ratio of 3-5: 1. The preparation of graphene-containing composite fiber comprises (1) adding graphene oxide in the sodium hydroxide solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid with a mass concentration of 2-10 wt.%, adding a polyurethane solution with a mass concentration of 4-10 wt.% into the dispersion liquid, stirring evenly, adding sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH to 9-14 to obtain a composite spinning solution, where the polyurethane solution comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 10-20 pts. wt. butanone, 4-6 pts. wt. far-infrared powder, 4-6 pts. wt. carbon powder and 3-7 pts. wt. nano-ceramic powder, (2) vacuum defoaming the above-mentioned composite spinning solution, spraying out from a spinneret, entering into a coagulation bath to solidify, heating, drawing in a water bath, shaping, winding to obtain the composite fiber and (3) subjecting the composite fibers to reduction treatment to obtain graphene-containing composite fibers. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a moisture-permeable heat-storage fabric, prepared by above method.
