NOVELTY - A graphene radiating material with high infrared emission rate is prepared by performing vacuum freezing treatment by using the graphene slurry; pre-pressing the frozen and dried graphene block body; performing vacuum degreasing treatment to the graphene pre-pressingblock; carrying out vacuum hot-pressing sintering treatment to the degreased graphene pre-pressing block; carrying out high temperature graphitization treatment to the graphite alkene plate after vacuum hot pressing and sintering; adding the graphene plate in the processing center; grinding the surface of the graphene plate by mechanical flat grinding; preheating the graphene plate by a heatingtable; and uniformly spraying the thermal radiation coating on the surface of the graphene plate by using a spray gun; and solidifying the sprayed graphene plate. The thermal radiation coating comprises zirconium dioxide, ferric oxide, chromium sesquioxide, silicon dioxide and graphene powder at mass ratio of 2-3:1:1-2:1:1-2. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene radiating material with high infrared emission rate. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method of graphene radiating material with high infrared emissivity is coated and combined firmly. The heat radiation coefficient is high. The process is simple and easy to realize.
