▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing amorphous/crystalline structure tin oxide doped graphene oxide heterojunction composite material, involves (a) dispersing tin chloride as a tin source in solvent, and ultrasonically dissolving, (b) transferring the solution to a PTFE reaction kettle, placing the solution in an oven for reacting, heating, and heat-preserving, (c) naturally cooling to room temperature, collecting the resulting product for centrifugal washing, and drying to obtain a pale yellow powder, (d) dispersing aqueous graphene oxide solution in water, and ultrasonically dissolving, (e) adding tin oxide to the solution, and stirring at room temperature, and (f) collecting the resulting product, washing with water, centrifuging, and drying to obtain tin oxide doped graphene oxide powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing amorphous/crystalline structure tin oxide doped graphene oxide heterojunction composite material used in photocatalytic reaction for removing nitrogen oxide. ADVANTAGE - The method significantly improves the efficiency the prepared composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a powder used for photocatalytic reaction, involving ultrasonically dispersing 30-50 mg powder which is prepared by the above-mentioned method in 10-15 ml water for 15-20 minutes, transferring to a watch glass, and drying at 60-70 degrees C for 3-5 hours for photocatalytic reaction.
