NOVELTY - Preparing nickel particle composite powder loaded with graphene comprises (i) taking hexahydrate nickel sulfate, sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate and sodium dodecyl sulfate, dissolving in ultra-pure water, magnetically stirring to make it completely dissolved, and obtaining electrolyte solution of nickel, where the proportion of the hexahydrate nickel sulfate, sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, sodium dodecyl sulfate and ultra-pure water is 0.05-0.2 mol:0.3-0.4 mol:0.2-0.3 mol:0.5-2 g: 800-1200 ml; (ii) adding the graphene into the electrolyte solution configured in the (i), performing magnetic stirring to make the graphene uniformly dispersed in the electrolyte solution; (iii) adding dispersed with the graphite electrolyte solution in the electrolytic, groove nickel sheet as anode, copper sheet as cathode, adjusting the electrolytic parameter after electrolysis, collecting and depositing on the cathode. USE - The method is useful for preparing nickel particle composite powder loaded with graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and easy to operate and convenient to realize industrial production, and greatly improves the stability of the plasma spraying powder, ensures the powder does not contain other impurities and the powder in elemental nickel and graphene good combination, and improves the uniformity of the coating after spraying, and does not appear simple substance nickel even if shaking.
