▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing cured product containing single layer of graphene, involves (i) mixing graphite with solidified material and optionally first solvent to solidify and shape to obtain shaped pellets, (ii) heating the system formed by the molded pellets and optionally the second solvent, and injecting gas into the system to pressurize the system at a pressure of 0.2-60 MPa, and releasing the pressure to obtain expanded pellets, and (iii) replacing the graphite and solidified material in the step (i) with the expanded particulate material, and repeating the steps (i) and (ii) several times to obtain a solidified product containing single-layer graphene. USE - The method is used for preparing a cured product containing single layer of graphene, which is used for preparing single-layer graphene (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures high purity and excellent performance, and is directly suitable in industrial production and processing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the cured product containing single layer of graphene, which is prepared using the above-mentioned method, where the mass fraction of the single-layer graphene in the cured product containing the single-layer graphene is 20-99%; and (2) a method for preparing the single-layer graphene, involving (A) carbonizing the cured product containing single-layer graphene and (B) separating the product obtained by the carbonization treatment to obtain the product.
