▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves coating graphene on a surface of a conductor by using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process on the surface of the conductor, where the surface consists of catalyst i.e. copper. The conductor is placed within a processing chamber. The conductor is subjected to annealing process in an annealing chamber. USE - Conductor manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing a graphene coated wire with high efficiency. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a conductor manufacturing method.
