▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing core-shell gold-cuprous oxide/graphene/polydopamine composite sensitive film modified electrode, comprises (i) mixing water, copper(II) sulfate pentahydrate, hydrogen tetrachloroaurate(III) trihydrate, dopamine hydrochloride and graphite powder to obtain mixed electroplating solution, where pH of mixed electroplating solution is 2-6, concentration of copper(II) sulfate pentahydrate in mixed electroplating solution is 0.05-0.15 mol/l, concentration of hydrogen tetrachloroaurate(III) trihydrate is 0.01-0.1 mol/l, concentration of dopamine hydrochloride is 0.05-0.15 mol/l, and concentration of graphite powder is 0.4-32 g/l, and (ii) electrochemically depositing core-shell gold-cuprous oxide/graphene/polydopamine composite sensitive film on the substrate, removing substrate, cleaning and drying to obtain final product, where substrate is used as working electrode in electrochemical deposition, and substrate is aluminum microelectrode array or inert electrode. USE - The core-shell gold-cuprous oxide/graphene/polydopamine composite sensitive film modified electrode is useful as plant sensor in detecting plant hormones (claimed), and in harmless detection of plant hormones in plant tissues. ADVANTAGE - The modified electrode: have excellent selectivity, repeatability, high anti-interference, and low detection limit; and is conducive to miniaturization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) core-shell gold-cuprous oxide/graphene/polydopamine composite sensitive film modified electrode prepared by above method; and (2) use of core-shell gold-cuprous oxide/graphene/polydopamine composite sensitive film modified electrode as plant sensor.
