NOVELTY - Surgical gown and protective clothing manufacturing material comprises an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer, where the outer layer is an antibacterial layer, the middle layer is a microfiber non-woven fabric, and the inner layer is a waterproof and breathable layer, and the material of the waterproof and breathable layer is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer modified by polyethylene and polycarbonate. USE - The surgical gown and protective clothing manufacturing material is useful for preventing bacteria, and resisting the penetration of the virus. ADVANTAGE - The surgical gown and protective clothing manufacturing material has high protection and ventilation performance, improves breathable waterproof property of the fabric, has function of moisture absorption and perspiration, enhances puncture resistance and tensile strength of fabric, and improves wearing comfort and practicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the manufacturing method of surgical gown and protective clothing manufacturing material, comprising (i) using one-component polyurethane adhesive to bond the waterproof and breathable film to one side of the microfiber non-woven fabric, plasticizing at 160-200℃, and cooling to ≮ 50℃, (ii) ultrasonically dispersing nano-titanium dioxide and nano graphene in a binder solution, using two-step coating finishing method for coating the side of the microfiber non-woven fabric away from the waterproof and breathable film, completing coating, and pressurizing by pressing roller to obtain the surgical gown and protective clothing manufacturing material.
