▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for modifying graphene-copper-based composite material involves adding copper powder after annealing and reduction to a mixed solution of carbon source and copper salt in an oil bath heating environment, stirring and mixing, centrifuging to obtain a precipitate, coating the carbon source with copper ion powder, subjecting to carbonization reduction treatment under a hydrogen-argon mixed gas atmosphere to obtain composite powder, hot-pressing and sintering the composite powder and cold rolling and anneal treatment to obtain the graphene-copper composite material. USE - In-situ interface modification method of graphene copper-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method effectively improves the graphene-copper-based composite graphene in the uniform dispersion and interface binding problem, reduces electron scattering, improves the composite material interface intensity and electrical conductivity, and avoids the damage of the conductivity with high strength and high conductivity and easy production. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning electron microscope image of graphene of a copper-based composite material.
