NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing graphene oxide in formaldehyde aqueous solution to obtain dispersion A. Melamine dispersed in deionized water to obtain dispersion B. The dispersion A and dispersion B are mixed. The temperature is raised to 50-80 degrees C, the pH of the reaction solution is adjusted to 7-9, temperature is closed to 100-200 degrees C for hydrothermal reaction for 5-30 hours and filtered and died to obtain black solid powder. The black solid powder is placed in microwave reaction chamber, and heated with microwave power of 300-1200W for 1-60min to obtain nitrogen-doped graphene material. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene materials. ADVANTAGE - The prepared nitrogen-doped graphene material has good stability, is not easily denatured in air, is easy to store, and has a large specific surface area. A good channel is provided for lithium ion transmission. A larger specific capacity and better cycle stability are provided.
