NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-coated nanoscale lithium cobaltate anode material comprises (1) dissolving cobalt metal salt in 100 ml deionized aqueous solution, stirring for 5-10 minutes until the metal salt is completely dissolved to obtain cobalt salt aqueous solution, (2) under stirring conditions, adding 100 ml 2.5-5 mol/l alkali solution into cobalt salt solution, stirring, adding deionized water to dilute and stirring in air to obtain nano cobalt hydroxide, (3) centrifugally purifying nano-cobalt oxyhydroxide and drying, adding 2 mmol cobalt oxyhydroxide to polytetrafluoroethylene liner together with 30 ml lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, adding 6 mg graphene oxide sheet after ultrasonic dispersion treatment again to obtain reaction precursor, and (4) cooling reaction precursor after a period of hydrothermal reaction in an oven in a hydrothermal kettle, sucking out supernatant, centrifuging and drying lower layer of precipitate to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide-coated nanoscale lithium cobaltate anode material. ADVANTAGE - The method inhibits occurrence of surface side reaction, improves circulation stability, has important meaning for improving circulation performance of the nano lithium cobaltate anode and has great prospect in application of lithium-ion battery DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene oxide-coated nanoscale lithium cobaltate anode material.
