NOVELTY - Heat transfer of graphene film involves growing 25 mu m thick copper foil on graphene thin film using chemical vapor deposition apparatus; fixing left side of copper foil on edge of a substrate such that copper foil is pasted on target surface of substrate; putting target substrate and copper foil on a supporting platform, and slowly pushing down thermal transfer printing roller, and transferring copper foil on one side of graphene film to target substrate; and removing combination of target substrate and copper foil from heat transfer printing roller, and removing copper foil. USE - Method for heat transfer of graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple and convenient operation, does not utilize organic solvent, allows transfer of tens of microns and larger graphene films to any target substrate, and is suitable for graphene semiconductor device development and research. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Heat transfer of graphene film comprises: (A) growing 25 mu m thick copper foil on graphene thin film using chemical vapor deposition apparatus; (B) fixing left side of copper foil on edge of a substrate such that the copper foil is pasted on target surface of the substrate; (C) putting target substrate and copper foil on a supporting platform, and slowly pushing down thermal transfer printing roller, and transferring copper foil on one side of the graphene film to target substrate, and repeating the step for 2-4 times; and (D) removing combination of target substrate and copper foil from heat transfer printing roller, and fixing other end of copper foil in its original position, standing and cooling for a period of time, and removing copper foil to transfer graphene thin film on substrate.
