NOVELTY - A rubber composite material comprises 35-45 pts. wt. graphene oxide/styrene butadiene rubber composite rubber, 85-95 pts. wt. styrene butadiene rubber, 5-15 pts. wt. white carbon black, 1-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. adhesive, 1-3 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. vulcanization accelerator and 1-3 pts. wt. anti-aging agent. The graphene oxide/styrene butadiene rubber composite rubber is obtained by mixing isocyanate functionalized graphene oxide and acrylic graft-modified styrene butadiene rubber. USE - Rubber composite material used for sand suction hose (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber composite material has excellent performance of high wear resistance and high strength, and effectively ensures wear resistance performance in the sand suction hose. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparation of the rubber composite material, which involves mixing graphene oxide/styrene-butadiene rubber composite rubber with styrene-butadiene rubber, white carbon black, stearic acid, nano-zinc oxide, adhesives, vulcanizing agents, vulcanization accelerators and antioxidants; and (2) an application of the rubber composite material in sand suction hose including a skeleton material embedded in the rubber composite material.
