▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The resonator (10) has a laser cavity for laser oscillation. A saturated absorption layer is formed on a support. A tapering optical fiber (15) is provided for surrounding a portion of the support and is adjacent to the absorption layer. The tapering optical fiber forms a shape in which a path of light traveling through a portion extending from one end and a portion extending from the other end is different. An interference pattern is formed in which constructive interference or destructive interference is repeated according to wavelengths of light traveling in different paths. The support is made of a material selected from a group consisting of copper and nickel. A ring of the optical fiber filters spectrum of light propagating at a periodic wavelength interval. USE - Resonator for pulsed laser oscillation system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The risk of deterioration of the glue quality through transfer is prevented, since graphene is directly synthesized on the surface of the support. The individual inspection and maintenance of the resonator element are performed. The repetition rate of the pulsed laser is adjusted.
