NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide fibers by microfluidic spinning, comprises (i) concentrating dilute graphene oxide solution to obtain graphene oxide gel, and (ii) taking graphene oxide gel as internal fluid and extruding at a speed of 10-100 mu l/minute in three-channel microfluidic chip, and preparing graphene oxide fibers using 1-10% metal salt-aqueous alcohol solution as external fluid of the microfluidic chip, where the flow rate of external fluid is 60-160 ml/hour. USE - The graphene oxide fiber three-dimensional scaffold is useful: in biomedicine field; and in the cultivation of human-derived neuroblastoma cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can control length and diameter of the graphene oxide fibers; reduces the usage amount of the coagulation bath solution; and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing three-dimensional graphene oxide fiber scaffold, comprising loading the microfluidic chip on three-dimensional (3D) printing platform as print head, and continuously extruding the internal fluid and the external fluid to obtain 3D graphene oxide microfiber scaffold.
