NOVELTY - Graphene tube/silver nanoparticles microfluidic channel comprises graphene tube and silver nanoparticles distributed on the inner surface of the graphene tube. USE - Graphene tube/au nano-particle micro-fluidic channel for use in an acoustic surface wave biosensor for detecting amino acid with different concentrations. ADVANTAGE - The graphene tube/Au nano-particle micro-fluidic channel: has large specific surface area, with strong surface adsorption effect; has good biological compatibility, can be combined with biological molecules such as protein, forming active site, and does not damage the biological activity; can simultaneously have the function of microfluid channel and sensitive element; can be used for constructing the biosensor, realizing the amino acid detection of different concentrations; and has long service life.
