▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional ternary doped hollow graphene oxide hydrogel comprises performing hydrothermal reaction mixture containing hollow graphene oxide and soluble compound containing boron, nitrogen and phosphorus at 60-200 degrees C for 6-12 hours. USE - The preparation of three-dimensional ternary doped hollow graphene oxide hydrogel is used for electrode for high energy density supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has higher mass specific capacitance, volume specific capacitance, mass energy density and volume energy density.
