▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The modulator has a main body modulator provided with an upper silver layer, a hexagonal boron nitride layer, a single atom layer graphene and a lower silver layer. The upper silver layer is provided with a bar. Length of the hexagonal boron nitride layer and a lower silver layer is 200 to 300nm. Thickness of the hexagonal boron nitride layer is 1nm. Thickness of the single atom layer graphene is 0.3 to 0.8nm. Thickness of the hexagonal boron nitride layer is 15 to 50nm. Thickness of the lower silver layer is 100 to 2000nm. USE - Electric graphite based space light modulator. ADVANTAGE - The modulator occupies less space, and has low operating voltage, better regulating speed and high work frequency bandwidth.
