NOVELTY - Modified polyurea coating comprises component A and component B, where component A comprises an amino-modified graphene and a terminal amino polymer and component B is a diisocyanate compound and/or a prepolymer. The prepolymer is formed by reacting a diisocyanate compound with an oligomer diol. The amino-modified graphene is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in tetrahydrofuran to obtain graphene oxide colloidal solution, and mixing the graphene oxide colloidal solution with an acid anhydride compound, and irradiating to obtain modified graphene oxide. The acid anhydride compound comprises a dicarboxylic anhydride structure or a isatoic anhydride structure. The modified graphene oxide is hydrolyzed to obtain carboxyl group-modified graphene. USE - Modified polyurea coating. ADVANTAGE - The modified polyurea coating improves the stability of nano-material of the base resin, obviously improve the mechanical and thermal properties of the modified polyurea coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modified polyurea coating comprises component A and component B, where component A comprises an amino-modified graphene and a terminal amino polymer and component B is a diisocyanate compound and/or a prepolymer. The prepolymer is formed by reacting a diisocyanate compound with an oligomer diol. The amino-modified graphene is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in tetrahydrofuran to obtain graphene oxide colloidal solution, and mixing the graphene oxide colloidal solution with an acid anhydride compound, and irradiating to obtain modified graphene oxide. The acid anhydride compound comprises a dicarboxylic anhydride structure or a isatoic anhydride structure. The modified graphene oxide is hydrolyzed to obtain carboxyl group-modified graphene. The carboxyl group-modified graphene is reacted with a compound represented by formula (I) in a protective atmosphere to obtain a first intermediate product, reacting first intermediate product with an inorganic azide compound to obtain a second intermediate product, and reducing the azide group in the second intermediate product to obtain amino-modified graphene. n=integer of from 2-10; and X=halogen.
