USE - Used as high heat-conducting carbon-carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-carbon composite material has excellent mechanical properties, and good thermal conductivity e.g. thermal conductivity in the parallel direction of ≥ 700W.m1.K1, thermal conductivity in the lamination direction of ≥100W.m1.K1, and broad application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing high heat-conducting carbon-carbon composite material.
