▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing stannic oxide composite coating comprises (a) mixing tin dioxide and graphene for isostatic compaction and sintering to obtain grapheme/tin oxide composite ceramic target and (b) controlling magnetic sputtering. USE - The method is useful for preparing stannic oxide composite coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: controls parameter conditions; improves the rate of doped grapheme; reduces the impurities; prepares tin composite coating having uniform thickness; increases gas sensitive material performance; produces high doping rate composite coating with low impurities, uniform thickness (of 1-5 mu m). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for tin dioxide composite coating prepared by the above method.
