NOVELTY - A gas pipe formulation comprises 18-25 pts. wt. sulfur powder, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 15-20 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene diamine, 15-20 pts. wt. ethylene bis(stearamide), 16-19 pts. wt. dimethyl terephthalate, 11-15 pts. wt. polymethacrylate butadiene styrene resin, 4-8 pts. wt. sodium pyrophosphate, 2-4 pts. wt. methyltin mercaptan, 50-60 pts. wt. ethanol and 70-90 pts. wt. chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin. USE - Gas pipe formulation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The formulation enables formation of gas pipe having excellent flame retardance, compression resistance, flexibility, low-temperature resistance, high-temperature resistance, toughness and crack resistance.
