NOVELTY - Graphene power battery material comprises 100-110 pts. wt. lithium hydroxide, 400-500 pts. wt. ammonium ferrous phosphate, 30-34 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. aluminum isopropoxide, 0.6-1 pts. wt. dodecyldimethylammonium bromide, 2-3 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate, 20-30 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate, and 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate. USE - Graphene power battery material. ADVANTAGE - The alumina sol obtained by high temperature calcination has good bonding performance, and improves the mechanical stability of the finished material. The graphene power battery material has excellent conductivity as power battery, high cycle stability and excellent overall performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene power battery material comprising taking ammonium persulfate, adding to 30-40 times by weight of deionized water, stirring uniformly, taking ammonium ferrous phosphate and glycidyl methacrylate, adding with 2-3 times by weight of deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding methyl methacrylate, feeding into a reaction kettle, inletting nitrogen, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle at 50-70 degrees C, adding ammonium persulfate water solution, keeping stirring for 3-5 hours, discharging and cooling to obtain epoxy polyester emulsion, taking aluminum isopropoxide and dodecyldimethylammonium bromide, adding 20-30 times by weight of deionized water, stirring uniformly, adding graphene oxide, stirring and reacting for 4-6 hours, adding epoxy polyester emulsion, increasing the temperature to 160-180 degrees C, adding lithium hydroxide, keeping stirring for 3-5 hours, filtering, washing the filter cake with water, placing in a sintering furnace, inletting argon gas, calcining for 10-20 hours, discharging and cooling.
