NOVELTY - A device comprises a base (1) provided with a slide rail (27). The slide rail is movably connected with the object stage. A photothermoelectric micro-fluidic platform is placed on an object stage (29). The base on both sides of the stage respectively is provided with a first guide groove (3) and a second guide groove (21). A moving platform is movably connected with the first guide groove and the second guide groove. The mobile platform is provided with a third guide groove (11). An optical component and the sampling needle (15) are movably connected with the third guide groove, and located above the photothermoelectric micro-fluidic platform. The photothermoelectric microfluidic platform comprises transparent glass, wafer layer with pyroelectric effect, and graphene nano sheet layer. USE - The device is useful for establishing multi-spheroid tissue model. ADVANTAGE - The multi-spheroid tissue model is simple, and has high biological activity.
