NOVELTY - Preparation of enamel double bottom pot involves (s1) providing aluminum-based pot component, sandblasting the bottom surface, (s2) stir-mixing the silicon-alumina composite sol, metal organic framework-enhanced graphene composite material, deionized water, composite additive and isopropanol, and spraying it on the bottom of the pot, placing in an oven at 120-160degreesC for 5 minutes for pre-curing to obtain the bottom coating, and (s3) thermally compounding the composite raw material. The composite raw material comprises titanium carbide, potassium feldspar, calcined kaolin, sepiolite, sodium fluorosilicate, borax, sodium metavanadate, attapulgite powder, microsilica powder and deionized water. USE - Preparation of enamel double bottom pot (claimed) used in cookware, such as boiler, frying pan, pan, milk pan and electromagnetic oven. ADVANTAGE - The enamel double-bottom pot has good comprehensive mechanical property and dimensional stability, excellent heat-conductivity, high temperature resistance, heat transfer uniformity, corrosion resistance, high bonding ability, enamel layer adhesion, self-cleaning and shock-resistant effects, and improves the cooking experience effect of users and can meet the requirement of long service life.
