▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing lead with high graphene content comprises (i) selecting metal foil and fixing metal wire on edge of metal foil to prepare substrate; (ii) processing surface structure of substrate; and (iii) preparing layer of graphene film on two surfaces of substrate at same time; (iv) taking metal wire as shaft core, tightly winding substrate with graphene film to form macroscopical graphene of the basic unit graphene the film -substrate- graphene -metal wire- graphene, metal-sheet-graphhene wire-graphic. A side edge of the metal foil is fixed with the metal wire. USE - Preparation method of lead with high graphene content used in high-speed rail, new energy, aviation, ship and other fields of power device and system. ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare high quality of high graphene content film, using the designed substrate structure around the metal wire is tightly wound with the graphene film to form the macroscopical graphene of the basic unit graphene.
