▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Reducing graphene in situ comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide and solvent to obtain graphene oxide ink, (ii) mixing chemical reducing agent and solvent to obtain reducing agent ink, (iii) arranging a inkjet printer system, importing a printed pattern, injecting the obtained graphene oxide ink in step (i), adjusting the instrument parameters, and starting the instrument to print the graphene oxide ink on the substrate to form pattern, and (iv) injecting the obtained reducing agent ink in step (ii) into another liquid storage tank of printer in step (iii), and adjusting the printing parameters of the printer, printing the reducing agent ink in situ on the obtained graphene oxide pattern in step (iii) with a head, and performing reduction reaction to complete the in-situ reduction of graphite. USE - The method is useful for reducing graphene in situ. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need to transfer the graphene oxide pattern; directly prints the reducing agent on the pattern in situ to perform rapid chemical reduction; can maintain the compact stack of graphene sheets and maintain the original precise pattern; and has simple reduction process and excellent reduction effect.
