▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene, comprises: preparing solution of water, ethanol, ammonia water, resorcinol, potassium oxalate and formalin undergoes pressure treatment in sol-thermic microwave reactor for 5-60 minutes, at pressure of 1-5 MPa; charring the obtained material under an inert gas atmosphere increasing the temperature by 1 degrees C/minute to 350 degrees C; holding the material for 2 hours at this temperature, then increasing the temperature by 1 degrees C/minute to 700-800 degrees C; and holding the samples through 2 hours at the set temperature, after which the material is rinsed with distilled water and dried. USE - The method is useful for preparation of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene, comprises: preparing a solution of water, ethanol, ammonia water, resorcinol, potassium oxalate and formalin in which the potassium to carbon ratio is 3:1-7:1 and undergoes a pressure treatment in a sol-thermic microwave reactor for 5-60 minutes, at a pressure of 1-5 MPa; charring the obtained material under an inert gas atmosphere increasing the temperature by 1 degrees C/minute to 350 degrees C; holding the material for 2 hours at this temperature, then increasing the temperature by 1 degrees C/minute to 700-800 degrees C; and holding the samples through 2 hours at the set temperature, after which the material is rinsed with distilled water and dried.
