NOVELTY - A composite armor material comprises graphene and titanium alloy. The titanium alloy comprises less than or equal to 0.05 mass% carbon, less than or equal to 0.1 mass% silicon, less than or equal to 0.15 mass% iron, less than or equal to 0.03 mass% nitrogen, less than 0.015 mass% hydrogen, not greater than 0.15 mass% oxygen, and balance titanium and unavoidable impurities. USE - Composite armor material. ADVANTAGE - The armor material forms high quality interface and has simple preparation steps. The method has high production efficiency and good for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the composite armor material which comprises preparing graphene layer, high speed dispersing nanomaterial, and processing graphene dispersed in organic solution in graphene coated titanium and/or titanium alloy powder; using 60-280 mu m shower mesh size spraying device, and atomization spraying graphene nano-organic solution on titanium and/or titanium alloy powder; and mixing coated graphene/titanium alloy powder in mixer to obtain composite armor material.
